is there a config file or simular i need to dl to make my server esea compliant? or does my team have to play on official esea servers during match's? new to esea, plz forgive if this is a stupid question.

you do not need a cfg to play on ESEA. ESEA has servers provided for scrims, pugs, matches, and so on. All matches must be played on their servers and on while on their client.
